Standard turnaround time is 24–72 hours depending on the service.

Express service may be available on request and may incur additional charges.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or defects

Colour bleeding or shrinkage due to manufacturer’s fault

Items without care labels

Customers are advised to separate delicate or special-care items and inform staff.

Pickup and delivery are available within serviceable areas.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the agreed time slots.

Missed pickups or deliveries may attract rescheduling fees.

Payment is due at the time of order or delivery.

Accepted payment methods: cash, UPI, cards, or online wallets.

Orders may be cancelled before processing begins.

No refunds will be issued once cleaning has started.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

We shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind beyond those explicitly stated.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage, compensation is limited to 5 times the service charge of the affected item.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
