Terms & Conditions

  • Standard turnaround time is 24–72 hours depending on the service.

  • Express service may be available on request and may incur additional charges.

  • Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • We follow standard procedures and use high-quality detergents.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage or defects

    • Colour bleeding or shrinkage due to manufacturer’s fault

    • Items without care labels

  • Customers are advised to separate delicate or special-care items and inform staff.

  • Pickup and delivery are available within serviceable areas.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the agreed time slots.

  • Missed pickups or deliveries may attract rescheduling fees.

  • Payment is due at the time of order or delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, UPI, cards, or online wallets.

  • Orders may be cancelled before processing begins.

  • No refunds will be issued once cleaning has started.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

  • We shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

  • Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind beyond those explicitly stated.

  • In the unlikely event of loss or damage, compensation is limited to 5 times the service charge of the affected item.

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase or value may be required.

  • We shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

  • Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind beyond those explicitly stated.
